COIMBATORE, INDIA, Dec 10: As part of the celebration of International Day of Persons With Disabilities, the special education department of Avinashilingam University on Friday gave a platform to the disabled children to exhibit their talents and abilities.

Chief Guest for the program was corporation commissioner TK Ponnusamy

Celebrated throughout the world on December 3, the international day of persons with disabilities aims to promote an understanding of the issues of the disabled and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.
